Tahini Yogurt – Tops Everything
I’ve used this Tahini Yogurt recipe so many times since I discovered it from The Nude Nutritionist.
It goes so well with anything from poached eggs, sweet corn fritters, salads, steamed or roasted vegetables, white bean mash to meat, chicken or fish. One tablespoon is equal to one fat serve using the Food Lovers Meal Planner.

What You’ll Need
Ingredients – Low Fat Greek Yogurt, a lemon, garlic, tahini and salt.
A blender!
Fresh mint, flaked almonds and paprika for a garnish, but these are optional.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Lemon Juiced Squeeze the juice form the lemon and discard.
- 2 Cloves garlic Crush with the base of your cook's knife to break the skin, then peel.
- 1 tsp Salt Or to taste.
- 1&1/2 Tbsp Tahini
