Drain well

Self Raising Flour

Spring Onions
Optional. Other herbs or red or brown onion could also be used.
Cooking Spray
Or use a thin brush over of oil
Instructions
Mix the creamed corn, drained corn kernels and eggs in a bowl.
Add the chopped spring onions if you are using them and mix in the flour well.
Cook heaped tablespoons of batter in a non-stick frypan sprayed with cooking spray to make 22 small fritters.
