What’s on my Grocery List this Week?

I’m often asked what are the best products to use to prepare food at home? What grocery products are good to use with the Food Lovers Dietitian Meal Planner? So here is a quick look at the groceries I bought this week and some others that I pulled out to show you. 

It’s a quick look at the products and foods I’m enjoying now, but of course there are many other excellent products available and these aren’t at all the only ones.

I do hope it inspires you when you plan and prepare your own meal creations!
